It was the winner of the UDevGame 2002 contest, out of the 40 competitors. David Rosen created the game on a very short notice before the competition. There for he aimed to do the graphics as simple as possible but still yet effective. In Black Shades you get to play a bodyguard role and your objective is to protect the VIP’s dressed in white. Stop the assassins by knocking them out or use your pistol or automatic rifle to shoot them down.

The game actually amazed me as far as the physics goes, the graphics is not amazing at all but that may be because of the nature of the games creation. This is a fun free shooter game for mac that can entertain you for an hour or two. Impressive to see what one game developer can create in such short amount of time.
